*This extravagant project seems like it was created by using LED lighting bulbs by the abundance. By observation, we can assume that they attached the light bulbs to the strings of the Oakland Bay Bridge, with precise spacing. By using a computer or other technological means, they were able to program the LED lights to follow a specific sequence.

*I believe that the amount of people involved in this project was at least 100 people, considering the amount of effort and time being consumed by it.

*Oakland Bay Bridge is a very large bridge, which means that such a project had to take about at least one month to 3 months.
